Key qualification courses are obligatory for students in the BA Programmes. The
students are free to chose their key qualification courses from interdisciplinary
courses, such as foreign languages, management, computer or humanities.
You can find the exact number of credits you need to account for via key
qualification courses in your specific major or minor in the respective study
plans.

taken as key qualifications.

Neuphilologie
The Neuphilologie Department offers several language and literature courses that can count towards your
key qualifications.
Language Centre (Fachsprachenzentrum)
Offers foreign language courses in English, French, Spanish, Italian,
Russian, Swedish and Japanese.

The German-American Institute offers language courses in both English and Spanish. However, bear in mind
