HPSG in the World of the Internet
Throughout the internet, there are many more resources for HPSG. We
will not attempt to develop a comprehensive compilation of links to
them. Instead, we provide a small number of reliable links to serve
as a stepping stone to a wider search in the internet.
Web Pages for a General Overview
The most important pages on HPSG are found at the site for Ohio State
University in Columbus, Ohio, and at the site for the Center for the
Study of Language and Information (CSLI) at Stanford University in
California. Both web sites offer extensive, partly thematically
ordered links to additional news, announcements and publications at
universities, research laboratories, as well as commercial research
centers worldwide:
Aside from that, descriptions of current research topics reflect the
particular slants of the two universities on HPSG.
Current Information
Current discussions are reviewed by the HPSG-list, which is a mailing
list pulsating with the many areas of interest relevant to HPSG. The
HPSG-list offers a forum where you can ask active researchers all
those questions which you have been seeking an answer to. At the same
time this forum provides an opportunity to check out which questions
are currently being debated.
The HPSG-list thrives from those who are interested in HPSG, whether
they are researchers or students. Newcomers' contributions are
encouraged.
International HPSG-Bibliography Online
The largest online bibliography on HPSG is based in Bremen, initiated
by Stefan Müller.
Different from the
Tübingen HPSG bibliography, the Bremen
bibliography is open to new entries. It is therefore fed by frequent
contributions from the HPSG-research community. Because of its
structure, the bibliography includes publications of any kind, which
have been contributed by people from countries all over the world.
