Normal papers should be at most 12 pages long, papers for poster presentations 6 pages.
As an example we provide (an abridged version of) a paper from last year's proceeding, available in LaTeX source (tlt2004.tex), Postscript (tlt2004.ps) and PDF (tlt2004.pdf).
Submissions are accepted in two formats:
LaTeX: Submit a self-contained source file (.tex) as well as a printable file (.ps or .pdf). Use the following specification (and do not change margins, indentations or line spacing):
\documentclass[11pt]{article}
\usepackage{t1enc}
\usepackage[english]{babel}
\usepackage{times}
\pagestyle{empty}
\title{...} %All words except prepositions and article capitalized
\author{...} %Include affiliation
\date{}
\begin{document}
\maketitle
\thispagestyle{empty}
\section{...} %No abstract
...
\end{document}
Word: Submit a document file (.doc) and a PDF file (.pdf). The formatting should match the example document above as closely as possible. In particular, the following specifications should be met:
We are working on a tight schedule, so we would appreciate if you submitted your final version on time.
